Mange Tout is committed to implementing a responsible and ethical strategy to sustainability. Our key areas are:
Ethical sourcing
We are committed to ensuring an ethical supply chain, from the original source right to Mange Tout’s door.
Eliminating single-use plastics
We are working with our suppliers in eliminating all single-use plastics in favour of packaging comprising paper, cardboard and anything else which is easily recycled or biodegradable. We welcome our customers presenting us with re-fillable cups.
Minimise food waste
We track and monitor our food waste. Through monitoring we understand and manage consumption through all four of our shops. We produce only what we believe will be sold but what is not sold is donated within our community.
Learning
We must remain accountable so we look at our practices and ask ourselves we doing the best thing? Have we got it right? Is there something better we can do? We are always seeking to take advice and improve.
